I'm Heather, a Reiki Master Teacher, flower and stone essence practitioner, herbalist, and passionate student of nature. I hold a Bachelor's degree in European history and anthropology, as well as a Master's degree in Library and Information Science.

As a lifelong lover of folklore, mythology, and folk practices, my work is deeply rooted in the natural world. I spend much of my time exploring the forests with my dogs, searching for mushrooms and connecting with the land, and I infuse this passion into my practice.

My main focus is Reiki, but my work extends to understanding and honoring the cycles of nature. Through my blog, I explore seasonal themes, moon cycles, and the collective shifts we experience. I believe it’s essential to attune ourselves to the rhythms of the Earth, as we are intrinsically connected to the land. By aligning with these natural cycles, we gain deeper insights into the cycles and shifts within ourselves, fostering balance and healing.

I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, align with your natural state, and guide you on a transformative journey of self-healing and spiritual growth.

I believe in helping others reconnect with their own innate healing abilities, aligning with the cycles of the Earth, and embracing the wisdom found in seasonal rhythms, folklore, and the natural world. Through Reiki and essences, I strive to create a nurturing space where individuals can recalibrate, integrate their natural state, and learn to trust their intuition as their own healer.
